The Value4Sea project aims to identify opportunities for improvement in transport chains and develop sustainable port terminal concepts based on autonomous transport units. The project also focuses on conceptual models for CO2 footprints in transport chains and digital prototypes for integrating systems within customs and logistics.

The project involves stakeholders and knowledge providers from the logistics chain, as well as research partners from Norway, Sweden, and Denmark, who contribute knowledge, data, and experience in areas such as logistics, transportation, simulation, terminal systems, customs systems, and more.

The project includes 19 participants and has a budget of €2.7 million. Interreg ØKS has supported the project with €1.25 million, while Interreg Norway has contributed €0.3 million.
